Purpose of the ASOG TBI Website
The ASOG TBI Website provides public information about ASOG Technology Business Incubator programs, services, facilities, news, incubatees, and application opportunities. It also provides an administrator dashboard for authorized ASOG TBI personnel to manage website content, review incubatee applications, respond to contact messages, manage admin accounts, and send account or application status notifications.
Information We Collect
We may collect information that users submit through the website, including names, email addresses, contact details, application details, business or startup information, uploaded application documents, contact messages, and account information for authorized administrators.
When administrators use Google sign-in, we may process Google account information needed to identify the administrator, such as the Google account email address, Google account identifier, profile name, and verification status.
Google User Data and Gmail API Use
The ASOG TBI Website requests Google access only for website functionality. Google sign-in is used to let authorized administrators sign in or link their Google account to an ASOG TBI administrator account. The Gmail API is used by the website to send transactional email notifications, including admin account invitations, password reset messages, contact message alerts, application confirmations, and application status updates.
The ASOG TBI Website uses the Gmail sending permission only to send these website-related email notifications from the configured ASOG TBI sender account. The website does not read Gmail inbox contents, does not access Gmail contacts, does not sell Google user data, and does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, retargeting, credit decisions, data brokerage, or training AI models.
How We Use Information
Information is used to operate the website, process incubatee applications, manage website content, contact applicants or message senders, secure administrator access, send transactional notifications, maintain records, and comply with applicable institutional, legal, and operational requirements.

We do not sell personal information or Google user data. Information may be accessed by authorized ASOG TBI personnel and service providers only as needed to operate, secure, host, maintain, or improve the website and its related services.
