Startup mentorship program formalized with CSPC faculty

Faculty members from Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) will provide mentoring support to local startups after formalizing a partnership with the ASOG TBI through a memorandum of agreement on October 20, 2025.

The agreement assigns faculty from the College of Engineering and Architecture, the College of Computer Studies, and the College of Tourism, Hospitality, and Business Management to guide incubated startups in business, artificial intelligence, engineering, financial management, prototyping, and value chain development.

The signing was led by CSPC President Dr. Amado A. Oliva Jr., Vice President for Research, Innovation, and Collaboration Dr. Challiz D. Omorog, ASOG TBI Project Leader Ms. Cherry Lyn M. Odsinada, and ASOG TBI Manager Ms. Rachelle Ann A. Hernando.

The program forms part of ASOG TBI’s broader approach to supporting early-stage ventures. Incubatees will receive guidance in technical and business areas, with structured mentoring intended to help projects move from conceptual design to practical, market-ready solutions.
